  • At this time, SupplyBoys ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska,  Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, SupplyBoys ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    The Supply Boys Does not ship to any location prohibited by law. Any order placed for an illegal location will automatically receive a legal alternative if one is available. We are not responsible for your local laws. You must check your local laws to determine if it is legal in your area.

    Due to an increase in the volume of orders, we can no longer guarantee same day shipping. 24-48 hour maximum processing period, and will be shipped in the order in which they are received.

    Due to the nature of our herbal smokes and bath salts/stain removers, we will not except returns for a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s) contact us. We reserve the right to accept or deny any exchange based on product misuse, neglect, or other situations beyond our control. If your product was damaged please contact customer support department at customersupport@supplyboys.com. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time without notice.

    Pipes, vaporizors, hookahs, and other smoking devices:

    Due to the nature of smoking devices and vaporizers we will only accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This includes all vaporizers, hookah, tobacco pipes, etc.  Please contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims.
